Dear All,
Our next online zoom meeting will be in 10 days time, on Thursday 22 September - starting at the usual time of 7pm.
There will be a catch up, introduction to locuming and Medical Director of Glasgow LMC, Dr Patricia Moultrie will join us for a brief introduction to the LMC - we also hope to have a Q&A opportunity with a local accountant to get us set for the year - and we can re-group and plan the year's priorities and CPD plans.
Also, our wonderful Ade who has helped steer GLG through many years of CPD and camaraderie (thank you always, Ade!) has announced her retirement plans. We will miss her terribly, and this also means we are looking for committee members to join us. If you are interested in joining as we restructure, please get in touch at [email protected].
A zoom link will be posted via the locum member's forum - please register via there. Hope to see some of you there!

Dear All,
Welcome back (a bit late apologies!) as we return to kickstart the academic year and continue to navigate the ongoing challlenges of covid.
The online zoom meetings so far have been well received so we will arrange the next meeting as a re-group on Thursday 17 September - usual time 7pm.
We can start with a half hour of wisdom from a friendly accountant to nudge us towards good habits early. We will follow this with an informal knowledge share of our collective expertise, tips and tricks on locuming, appraisal etc to boost confidence, especially in the context of covid. This can also inform the CPD programme for the year ahead.
A zoom link will be posted on the locum member's forum closer the time. Hope to see some of you there!
